•    UP TO 10 HOURS OF CONSULTATIONS TO BE USED FOR CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
     AND PLANNING PURPOSES DETERMINED BY YOU.

•    INCLUDES 2 LEAD COORDINATORS TO BE WITH YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR
     SPECIAL DAY (UP TO 6 HOURS).

•    ONE PLANNING MEETING TO DISCUSS FINAL DETAILS.

     CLIENTS TYPICALLY USE THESE 10 HOURS FOR:
•    CREATING A DETAILED BUDGET AND MONTHLY TO DO LIST.

•    VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS – PHOTO/VIDEO, DJ/BAND,
     FLOWERS/DECOR, CAKE, ETC.

•   SHOWING YOU THE BEST AND MOST ORIGINAL LOCATIONS IN THE AREA,             CONSIDERING YOUR EVENT SIZE, BUDGET AND VISION.

•    SOURCING UNIQUE OR HARD TO FIND ITEMS/SERVICES.

•    DEDICATED DECOR PLANNING

•    VENDOR VISITS

•    CREATING AN INSPIRATION BOARD FOR DECOR

•    DIGITAL MOCK UP OF FOCAL AREAS

•    FINAL VENUE MEETING
